48 hours is required for cancelling appointments. A full refund (minus the cost of the Strengths Profile) will be issued when 48 hours notice is given. Exceptions are made in extenuating circumstances.
Unfortunately, if you are late your appointment, the appointment will still finish at the scheduled time.
